Consult Now uses Stripe Connect Express. Clients pay at the point of booking. Funds move directly into the consultant’s Stripe account. The platform fee is separated automatically. Consult Now does not hold funds. Refunds and partial refunds are processed through Stripe and follow Stripe’s timelines. Consultants receive payouts on their own Stripe payout schedule. Discovery calls can be free or paid depending on the consultant’s configuration.
